Import addresses

Doors are grouped under this name in Waters and the nightly report. Reuse the same name next month and new drops stack into it.
Runs the whole ladder on doors already on the chart: county address book, then one address lookup, then their street-mates. Hand-placed pins are never touched.
Moves every guessed pin onto its actual building, for doors the county book knows. Pins a rep placed by hand are never touched.

Failed saves

Kept on this device so a wrong total has a trail instead of a shrug. Clearing it does not change any number.

Crew names

Every ISP spells your reps differently. Link a name once and it applies to every import, past and future.

Duplicate sales

Nothing here is removed on its own. Units are kept apart — five units in one building are five sales, not one.

Take the export exactly as the ISP sends it. Repeat rows for one account are merged, so a rep is credited once per sale — not once per install visit.
Status words you teach are remembered against this name, so next month's export from the same ISP needs no setup.
